Who we are

This website is owned by Raban Alnaql Company for Contracting, a Saudi company registered with Commercial Registration (Unified No.) 7051339005, located at King Fahad Branch Rd, Al Yasmeen District, Riyadh 13325. It is the party responsible for data collected through this website.

Data we collect

  • What you enter in quote request forms: name, company or organisation, mobile number, delivery region and location, and request details (quantity, generator or equipment type, duration, date and notes).
  • What you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email when you contact us.
  • General, non-identifying usage data about your visit (such as pages viewed, device type and buttons clicked) through Google Analytics.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your request, send a quotation and arrange the delivery or rental.
  • To issue VAT invoices and keep statutory records.
  • To improve our services and website based on general usage data.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing unrelated to your request.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or contact us, to carry out the request you made, and to meet legal obligations such as invoicing and tax requirements.

Who we share data with

We share your data only as needed to provide the service, with technical service providers that are committed to protecting it:

  • Our website hosting provider, the Cloudflare network that website traffic passes through and that measures site performance without cookies, and our email provider when you contact us by email.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to send your request through it; the message is then subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics (by Google), which collects general usage data to help us improve the website.
  • Government authorities, where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep request data for as long as needed to serve you and manage our relationship with you, and for the period required by law for records and invoices, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

  • Know how your data is collected and used.
  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update your data.
  • Ask us to destroy your data when it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us by email or mobile below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate; you can delete or block them in your browser settings.

Data security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

We may update this policy when needed and show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
